تُبسّط حدود Natural Earth بمقياس 1:110 مليون الجزر والخلجان الصغيرة. يستخدم التقدير مساحة المضلع الكروي ومتوسط نصف قطر الأرض 6,371.0088 كم. قد تشمل الأرقام الرسمية مياهًا أو أراضي غير موجودة في الرسم.
